TLS Healthcare Partners (“TLS”) is a syndicate of private investors who seek opportunities in the healthcare industry. Through TLS, members gain broader access to investment opportunities while entrepreneurs benefit from the deep operating and financial experience of TLS members.

TLS focuses on early stage and lower middle market transactions – both revenue generating and start-up businesses. Transactions range in value from $500,000 to $30 million. We seek investments in the following types of businesses:

• Software as medical device (saMD) products
